Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: Up to $95,000 + Profit Sharing

You will oversee the entire restaurant operation, lead and develop the management team, drive financial performance, and create an environment where employees and guests feel genuinely valued.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

• Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Drive guest satisfaction, hospitality, and restaurant performance
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain managers and hourly employees
• Develop the management team and identify future leaders
• Oversee sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with menus, recipes, and operating procedures
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house scheduling
• Supervise restaurant ordering and product controls
• Conduct biweekly inventory with the management team
• Build a strong partnership between service and culinary leadership
• Maintain a visible and engaging presence in the dining room
• Lead calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• At least three years of General Manager experience
• High-volume (4.0M+), full-service restaurant management experience
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and cost controls
• Proven success developing managers and building strong teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Hands-on, supportive, and accountable leadership style
• Genuine passion for hospitality and the restaurant industry
• Professional presence and the ability to remain composed under pressure
