This role leads a cross-functional department responsible for fleet sales operations, dealer engagement, dealer training, RFP and claim submission processes. The manager ensures that revenue goals are met, dealer relationships are strengthened, and operational workflow run efficiently and compliantly. This leader acts as the primary point of accountability for fleet program performance, process development, dealer experience, and alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Warranty, and Finance.
