Mancan is working with a company in Millersburg seeking a general laborer. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate based on attitude, attendance, and performance. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 6am-3:30pm. Fridays are a half or full shift depending on production needs. Pay is $20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

- Sort and stack lumber on the production line
- Inspect wood products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Assist machine operators with loading, unloading, and feeding materials
- Perform sanding and basic finishing tasks on furniture and stair parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support other departments as needed to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications

- Ability to lift 20-30 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to wood dust
- Prior experience in the lumber industry or pallet shop
