As an Equipment Operator, you'll operate material handling equipment to transport merchandise throughout the facility, supporting both retail replenishment and online order fulfillment. Pay Range: $18.74hr - $20.24hr Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but other factors such as shift will determine the final salary for potential new hires.What You'll DoTransport products throughout the distribution center.Operate powered material handling equipment including order picker, reach truck, pallet truck, and counterbalance forklift in a safe and efficient manner.Stock new merchandise as we receive it.Stick to all company policies and procedures, including safety, cleanliness, and code of ethicsFollow all written departmental procedures and identify any changes that may be necessary, reporting these findings to your supervisorWork in a new, climate-controlled building with an awesome break room and overhead music throughoutDistribution center environment with moderate to loud noise level.What You'll NeedValid Driver's LicenseAbility to operate powered industrial equipmentThe desire and ability to be certified (in-house) on all company power equipmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbsPrevious DC and/or Internet Fulfillment experience preferredConsistent and reliable attendanceThis role requires physical stamina and attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Responsibilities include standing and walking for extended periods, frequently lifting and carrying boxes up to 50 lbs., and bending, reaching, twisting, and performing repetitive motions while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.$18.74 - $20.24 an hour Monday-Thursday 4:45am-3:15pm / 4:55am-3:25pm - $ 18.74hr Sunday-Wednesday 4:00pm-2:30am - $ 19.24hr Friday-Sunday 4:45am-5:15pm / 5:00am-5:30pm - $ 20.24hrOur company participates in E-Verify.
