Customer Service & HospitalityGreet every customer with a smile and a positive attitude; ask if the customer will be using McDonald’s App, and use customer names when applicableThank each customer and ensure a welcoming experienceAssist customers with ordering, suggestive selling, and provide accurate serviceRespond quickly and professionally to customer needs and concernsMaintain strong customer awareness at all timesWork with demanding customers.Deliver service aligned with company hospitality standards (VOICE goals and customer satisfaction)2.
