Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our crew environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and preparation. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about the food industry.
Requirement:
● Must have open availability
● Motivated to work as a team and provide assistance when needed.
● Friendly and Upbeat personality
● Show Communication skills
● Ability to stand a minimum of 8hrs and the ability to lift at least 20lbs
● Must comply with all food and safety procedures
● Works well under pressure.
● Show Problem-solving skills
● Will required to help at other stations/positions.

Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including dining and food preparation spaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals through effective upselling techniques.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance culinary skills and product knowledge.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants, is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and cash handling procedures is an asset.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
