About the Role:

Join our team as an In-House Custodian & Landscaping professional at RSI Partners LLC - Restaurant Services Inc in Arlington, TX. This exciting role is perfect for those who take pride in maintaining a clean and beautiful environment for our restaurant guests.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of bathrooms, offices, hallways, and any other assigned areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing
Empties and decontaminates trash containers.
Ensure landscaping is well-kept, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
Respond to cleaning and maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Requirements:

Previous experience in custodial or landscaping roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
Excellent time management skills and reliability.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in custodial work.
