Job Title
Job responsibilities include:
- Interacting with customers, listening to their questions, and providing timely responses.
- Educating clients about Southern Tire Mart products, services, and offers.
- Scheduling appointments, taking orders, monitoring service progress, calculating charges, and processing payments.
- Serving as a customer relationship manager.
- Serving as a link between customers and different departments in the organization.
