We are seeking self?motivated, results?driven PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVES to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to a best?in?class customer experience while helping customers find the right technology solutions for their needs. This role is based in our Corporate Office located in Hilliard, OH.

What You'll Do

• Handle high volumes of inbound customer interactions efficiently through phone, chat, text, and email channels
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of consumer electronics, devices, and related technology
• Assess customer needs, gather and clarify information, troubleshoot concerns, and provide effective solutions
• Deliver personalized support to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records within the appropriate systems and databases
• Build and maintain positive working relationships to support collaboration and team success
• Consistently achieve individual and team performance goals

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma required; one year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• Strong listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accurate and efficient typing proficiency
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing prioritiesFlexible and adaptable when working with diverse customer needs and personalities
• Passion for technology, including computers & electronics is a definite plus - have fun at work with products you love!
