Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Program The BCBA provides behavioral consultation and coaching within general education settings as part of the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) program. Responsibilities include observing students and teachers following behavioral referrals, assessing current PBIS and classroom management practices, and developing behavior consultation reports and support plans. The BCBA collaborates closely with educators to recommend evidence-based interventions and strategies to address student behavioral and social-emotional needs. Ongoing support includes modeling interventions, creating instructional and behavioral resources, and monitoring implementation fidelity. This role focuses on teacher support, proactive problem-solving, and building staff capacity rather than special education case management or IEP participation.
