Program Manager, Supply Chain, HV Battery Pack Tesla | Posted Mar 2 | Full-time | Negotiable | Entry (0-2 yrs) What To Expect The Tesla HV Battery Supply Chain team is seeking a Program Manager to support our next generation of HV Battery pack programs. In this role, you will function as a key liaison between the Supply Chain organization and internal stakeholders including Tesla’s Executive Team, Engineering, NPI, Finance, and Manufacturing. Program Managers will collaborate closely with their Supply Chain team members including Supply Chain Managers and Supplier Industrialization Engineers across all commodities on behalf of Supply Chain leadership. The Program Manager will work closely with the core Program/Project team to manage high visibility and high value programs, applying program/project management skills to assure the timely and efficient execution of Tesla’s portfolio of projects. Additionally, the Program Manager will drive cross-functional decision‑making to support supply chain in successful execution of program deliverables.
