Sr Info Security Analyst - Cyber Overview Serves as the operational specialist in the area of Information Security and is tasked with facilitating the protection of multiple security platforms and layers including: Vulnerability Management, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Logging Correlation/management, Incident Response, Operating systems, Protocols, Anti-Virus, denial-of-service attacks, and an ever increasing list of attacks by hackers acting as individuals or as part of organized crime or foreign governments. Works to deliver various security projects and initiatives and support various security operational activities. Responsibilities Serves as the operational specialist in the area of Information Security and is tasked with facilitating the protection of multiple security platforms and layers including: Vulnerability Management, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Logging Correlation/management, Incident Response, Operating systems, Protocols, Anti-Virus, denial-of-service attacks, and an ever increasing list of attacks by hackers acting as individuals or as part of organized crime or foreign governments. Works to deliver various security projects and initiatives and support various security operational activities. Qualifications Education Bachelors Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Programming, Engineering, Science or related field Required or In Lieu of degree four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement Required Work Experience 3 years of progressively responsible experience in Information Security, including experience with incident response, malware analysis, completing risk assessments and auditing of Information Security controls, network security protocols and methodologies Required or In lieu of degree a total of seven (7) years of experience Required Proven experience in leading Information Security projects to their successful completion Required Healthcare experience Preferred Experience in Computer Operations and/or Risk Management Preferred Licenses and Certifications None Required Additional Licenses and Certifications Must be certified in one of the following areas: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Healthcare Information Security Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE), GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA), GIAC Certified Window Security Administrator (GCWN), GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED), or GIAC Security Essentials Certified (GSEC), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Or equivalent certifications Required Business Unit : Name: Piedmont Healthcare #J-18808-Ljbffr
