General Dentist (Sole Provider) – Full-Time
Streamwood, IL

Streamwood Smiles is seeking a confident and experienced General Dentist to step into a sole provider role at our established, high-performing practice in Streamwood, IL .
This is a unique opportunity for a doctor who is ready to take ownership of their schedule, build strong patient relationships, and thrive with the support of an experienced team and steady patient flow.
Schedule- Monday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 1 Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Start timeframe: 2–4 weeks

- 3–5 years of clinical experience required
- Confident in comprehensive/general dentistry procedures

Smile Jobs is the exclusive recruiting partner for a network of independent neighborhood practices and boutique groups located throughout Michigan, Georgia, Illinois, Alabama, Colorado, Massachusetts & Ohio. These affiliated offices are higher-end fee-for-service and/or select PPO-based, doctor led practices, with long standing reoccurring patients and strong reputations.
