Custom Products Technical Quote Specialist

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Custom Products Technical Quote Specialist to manage upstream bioprocessing hardware quotations. The role involves executing custom proposal packages, reviewing customer specifications, and coordinating with engineering teams to deliver technical documentation on schedule.

Responsibilities

Manage execution and timely completion of custom upstream hardware quotations
Review RFQ specifications, identify exceptions, and obtain customer agreement
Create technical documentation packages including functional diagrams, drawings, and specifications
Collaborate with engineering teams to assess feasibility and develop proposal responses
Apply project management tools to reduce response time and improve quality

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science-based discipline, or related technical field
Minimum 2 years in sales engineering, applications engineering, quoting, or technical sales support
Experience in industrial or production manufacturing environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated project management and team collaboration abilities
Ability to assess technical feasibility and understand customer requirements

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 base, plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
