Fleet Maintenance CoordinatorDo you enjoy technology, solving problems, and working with vehicles?We're looking for someone who is comfortable using computers and enjoys hands-on work. This isn't a heavy mechanic position. Instead, you'll use technology to help manage our fleet while also performing simple repairs and inspections in the field.If you can learn software quickly, stay organized, and aren't afraid to replace a trailer light, install a GPS unit, apply vehicle decals, or troubleshoot basic issues, we'd love to talk with you.About Ally Waste:Ally Waste Services is a premium provider of waste support services to apartment complexes throughout the United States. Our team is high-energy team that values hard work, humility, and making a difference.What You'll DoYou'll help keep our nationwide fleet organized, compliant, and road-ready by combining technology with hands-on work.Your day might include:Tracking inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance in FleetioReviewing vehicle inspection reports and determining what needs attentionCoordinating repairs with our repair networkInstalling and troubleshooting Samsara GPS unitsReplacing lights and other basic vehicle componentsApplying vehicle decals and identification numbersPerforming vehicle and trailer inspectionsChecking tires and safety equipmentDriving vehicles to repair facilities when neededTraveling approximately 4-6 days per month (all travel expenses paid) to inspect vehicles and complete minor repairsWho We're Looking For:The most successful people in this role are organized, comfortable with technology, and enjoy figuring things out.We're looking for someone who:Is confident using computers and learning new softwareHas basic mechanical aptitude and enjoys hands-on workCan complete simple vehicle repairs like replacing lights, installing equipment, and making minor adjustmentsIs organized and pays attention to detailCan work independently without constant supervisionHas a valid driver's license and clean driving recordCan obtain a DOT Medical CertificateWhat Makes You Stand Out:You have experience towing and maneuvering a trailer - personal (boat, camper, utility trailer, etc.) or professionalYou're familiar with fleet management or telematics software (Fleetio, Samsara, or similar)You like solving problems and troubleshooting issuesWhat We Offer:$25 - $30/hour, based on experienceComprehensive health and wellness benefitsTraining on our specific tools, systems, and processesProfessional development opportunitiesInclusive and collaborative work environmentReady to Apply?If you've got real mechanical experience and want to put it to work keeping our fleet safe and road-ready, we want to hear from you! #ZREmployment may be contingent upon successful completion of background screening, motor vehicle record review, and drug testing, as applicable to the position and in accordance with applicable laws.
