Job Description
The Infant Teacher will provide nurturing care and educational activities for a small group of infants aged 6weeksto 18 months. With a low teacher-to-child ratio of 1:4, the role focuses on fostering early development through lesson planning, behavior guidance, and parent communication to support each child’s growth in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities for infants
- Manage classroom environment ensuring safety and engagement
- Assess children's developmental progress regularly
- Maintain consistent communication with parents, including participation in parent-teacher conferences
- Supervise infants, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Implement curriculum designed for early childhood development
- Guide and support children's behavior positively
- Coordinate group and individual activities for class sizes of 5-10 children
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in early childhood education
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education
