This cancer center operates at the hospital providing specialized hematology and oncology services. The facility maintains established protocols for comprehensive cancer and blood disorder treatment delivery with coordinated care between the cancer center and hospital services. The center features modern equipment and dedicated support staff designed to support optimal patient outcomes.

Northern California offers diverse attractions including the Skunk Train, Glass Beach, history museums, and wineries with vineyards. Visitors can explore the California Academy of Sciences and participate in various summer activities along the West Coast. The region extends to South Lake Tahoe, providing additional recreational opportunities and attractions for travelers.

Clinicians will provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM managing 20 patients per day with no call requirements. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating ongoing care with 2 medical oncologists, 1 nurse practitioner, medical assistants, and registered nurses. Clinicians must maintain documentation through electronic medical record systems for all patient encounters and treatment planning activities. Board certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology with active California license are required for this clinic-only assignment.
