Responsibilities Lead consulting sessions to assess current operations, identify gaps, and propose solutions. Build ROI models, 90‑day action plans, and system roadmaps to support client growth. Deliver executive presentations and strategic recommendations at board level. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure consulting insights are executed effectively. Support presales and client acquisition with subject‑matter expertise. Ensure measurable outcomes and value creation for clients. Requirements 7–12 years of experience in consulting, operations, or IT/business transformation. Background in Big 4, boutique consulting, or scaling mid‑sized businesses. Strong boardroom presence and confidence presenting to executives. Proven ability to design and implement structured transformation initiatives. Compensation & Location Compensation: $7K–$10K/month (USD), depending on experience. Location: Remote – open to candidates based in the US (CST/EST preferred) or LATAM.
