Job Description: Cath Lab Tech. Years of Experience: 2. First Timers Accepted: Yes. Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R) or RCIS. Skills Required: Per UDIs on-call required: 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend. Weekends required: Some Saturdays are required for regular shifts - this will not be an extra shift but part of the 4 schedules shifts for the week. Every 4th weekend on call. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - may float to IR, EP. Open to accommodating block schedule? No.

Unit Information: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiac Cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, Structural Heart (PFO, TAVR, Mitral Clip). Interventional Radiology: Lines, Drains, Embolizations, Lower/upper extremities, Fistulas, Visceral Angio/intervention, Stroke Thrombectomy. Neurointervention CRM Device implants. Required: EP Experience, IR Experience, Vascular Experience, Monitoring, Neuro Experience. Preferred: CTO, Peripherals, Venous Access, Rhythm Interpretation, Philips X-Ray System, Variety of Atherectomy Devices, Variety of Thrombectomy Devices, Temporary LVAD support, McKesson for Cath Lab, MacLab/Cardio Lab for EP, RCIS or ARRT required for Cath Lab.

Special Equipment: #Tier3 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO must be included at time of the submission. Holidays: Traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Can only submit to 1 location within the region (PAMC, Seward, Valdez, Saint Elias Specialty Hospital, and Kodiak). Valid State License (Allowed to submit with a pending license, takes 10-12 weeks). Mile Radius Rule Applies (must be 50 miles from facility). References Required: 2 References covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start. Can include Charge RNs/Lead. If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency. Housing: Please have your traveler look into housing options in the area, as options may be limited. Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours requires PM approval. Modules are completed pre-start, and annually. Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts.
