Senior Key Holder Ace Hardware of Aurora

We're seeking a Senior Key Holder to help lead our store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily functioning. This role is perfect for someone who brings retail experience, enjoys being hands-on, and is looking for a flexible schedule of 2025 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the store, ensuring security and operational readiness.
- Support daily operations including sales floor supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train, delegate, and provide guidance to team members.
- Maintain store standards with a strong attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional service to every customer, every time.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience (hardware experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-service focused.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of your shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Schedule
- 2025 hours per week.
- 58 hour shifts.
- Weekend availability required.
- Some weekday evenings.
