About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Ocean Marine to build and lead its marine cargo business. The role will shape underwriting appetite and strategy, develop the team, and grow distribution by working closely with brokers and promoting offerings. The successful candidate will use existing business opportunities and relationships to expand the portfolio and support sustainable growth. Candidates should bring substantial experience as a cargo and stock-throughput underwriter or leader, along with strong technical expertise and established broker and distribution relationships.
