We are hiring solar admins for our solar project near Kingman, AZJob Summary Responsible for managing assigned projects with a focus on safety, quality, cost control, scheduling, lean processes, documentation, and meeting client and company expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project documentation, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and tracking systemsSupport project start-up, planning, layout, and closeout (as-builts, O&M manuals, archives)Maintain schedules, QC trackers, and reporting for project meetingsAssist with cost forecasting, billing, change orders, and cost analysisEnsure safety compliance and serve as safety lead for office staffCoordinate closely with Site Managers, Construction Managers, and clientsBe on-site full time and continuously seek process improvementsPerformance ExpectationsDemonstrate leadership, communication, and accountabilityFollow company policies and proceduresSupport and motivate the project teamMaintain a continuous improvement mindsetPhysical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs; regular computer use required.Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekends occasionally required) 7am - 3:30pmPay:$25-30/hr + Per Diem (If eligible)#SPEC123#55131130 #J-18808-Ljbffr
