This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. $0.47- $0.57per mile Detention pay per hour: $20 - $28 Drop and hook per stop: $50 Live load/unload per stop: $75 Refrigerated per load: $40 Crosstown per load: $25 Empty search per hour: $20 Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20 Mechanical tractor repositioning:$20 Truck order not used: $30 Waiting on truck per hour: $20 Yard checks per hour: $20 Safety training pay per hour: $20 Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $75,000 - $77,000 Daily home time Majority no touch freight Onsite management Paid online orientation PTO accrues from day one 401(k) with company match Eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage after just 30 days Access to life insurance options Access to mental health and disability benefits And so much more!
