Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and relationship building.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through responsive, professional service.
• Follow up with prospects, manage leads, and help grow the agency's client base.
• Support client retention by providing ongoing service and identifying additional coverage needs.
• Learn agency operations, sales strategies, and business development practices.
• Work toward established sales goals while developing the skills needed for future leadership opportunities.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license

• Sales or insurance experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
