Brake Press Operator - Nights

Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Brake Press Operator. Brake Press Operator Job Details Schedule : Sunday-Wednesday, 7:30 PM-6:00 AM. Overtime, if required, will be worked on Thursdays. Training will take place on 1st shift for one to two weeks before transitioning to nights. Pay Rate : $21.30/hr (includes $1.30 shift differential) Location : Covington, KY Brake Press Operator Requirements/Qualifications Resume required. Interview required. Previous brake press or metal fabrication experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment. Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. About the Brake Press Operator Role As a Brake Press Operator, your responsibilities will include: Set up and operate brake press equipment to bend and form metal components. Read work orders, blueprints, and specifications to produce quality parts. Measure and inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards. Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production requirements. Load and unload materials safely. Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
