Channel Partner Marketing Manager

SALARY: $90,000/year

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Channel Partner Marketing Manager to support the growth and activation of our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing and executing partner marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, demand generation, and revenue through channel and partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B marketing experience, a solid understanding of partner or indirect sales models, and the ability to turn partner needs into scalable marketing programs, campaigns, enablement tools, and communications.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Develop and execute channel partner marketing strategies that support partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, engagement, and joint demand generation. • Create and manage co-branded marketing campaigns, partner toolkits, sales enablement materials, newsletters, presentations, and partner-facing communications • Partner closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Creative, and Web teams to align partner marketing programs with business goals and go-to-market priorities • Collaborate with partner relationship teams to understand partner needs, identify marketing opportunities, and deliver programs that help partners promote solutions more effectively • Support partner launches, marketplace campaigns, webinars, sales sequences, product promotions, and partner-hosted marketing initiatives • Develop and maintain scalable partner onboarding, training, and go-to-market resources that help partners understand messaging, programs, and available marketing support • Ensure partner-facing collateral and campaign materials are accurate, on brand, aligned with approved messaging, and easy for partners and internal teams to use • Manage project intake, timelines, approvals, asset updates, and campaign execution across multiple partner marketing initiatives • Track, measure, and report on the performance of partner campaigns, co-marketing programs, engagement efforts, and pipeline influence • Use campaign data, partner feedback, and performance insights to optimize programs, improve partner engagement, and identify opportunities to scale channel marketing efforts • Stay current on partner marketing, channel marketing, B2B SaaS, HR technology, and demand generation best practices • Support special projects, events, and additional marketing initiatives as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, B2B marketing, demand generation, or related roles • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support demand generation, partner engagement, pipeline growth, or revenue objectives • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, co-marketing programs, indirect sales models, and partner enablement • Experience creating partner-facing assets such as campaign kits, sales enablement materials, newsletters, presentations, webinars, collateral, and go-to-market resources • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into clear, compelling partner marketing materials • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, interpret data, and recommend improvements • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, project management, and reporting tools preferred (Salesforce, HubSpot, Wrike, Seismic, or similar) • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, HCM, payroll, benefits, compliance, or professional services preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
