Senior Field Scientist

We’re partnering with a fast‑growing B2B platform backed by some of the biggest names in tech, including founders and investors behind NVIDIA and DreamWorks, to hire two Senior Field Scientists. This company is solving marketing’s hardest problem: proving what actually works. Their AI‑driven platform is trusted by global enterprises such as NVIDIA and Delta to make multimillion‑dollar decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and run complex field studies proving the impact of cutting‑edge AI and data solutions
• Lead customer research engagements and translate analytical findings into clear business value
• Collaborate with enterprise clients, product, and sales teams to validate ROI through rigorous experimentation
• Mentor junior scientists and help evolve a first‑of‑its‑kind research framework

Ideal background

• 7+ years in data science, sales engineering, or research analytics (B2B SaaS / cloud / AI)
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL with strong analytical rigor
• Proven ability to communicate complex insights to C‑level stakeholders
• Background in experimental design, statistical analysis, or field research
• Work directly with world‑class enterprise clients
• Validate technology that delivers measurable, transformational results
• Shape the research methodology for a category‑defining AI company
