Work in a place where your team values YOU.Champion Homes Center of Supply, NC is looking for a professional, motivated, career minded person to service our award-winning floor plans that will be placed on new home site developments to coordinate activates engaged in handling service orders and customer service.Job responsibilities:Recommends corrective services to adjust customer complaints.Answers questions about service.Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.Issues written and oral instructions for Service Department.Ensures vendor parts and retailer labor is recovered as stipulated in "Champion Supplier and Retailer Recovery".Reviews contractor bills and ensures the work is in accordance with the amount being charged.Candidates must possess:Exceptional customer service, relationship building, and interpersonal skillsExcellent analytical, planning, and scheduling abilityThe ability to address customer and internal concerns efficiently.Strong communication skills both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual duties effectivelyStrong multitasking capabilitiesA commitment to integrity, ethical and economical practices, and Champion's Operating PrinciplesEEO StatementChampion Home Builders is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
