At APV, we Always Provide Value POSITION SUMMARY This position shall provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Comprehensive Project Execution: Ability to manage overall execution of program and instructional enhancement projects. Personnel Management: Capability to recruit, train, assess, and manage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and support staff. This role supports sensitive federal programs and involves elevated access to systems and data. Position requires the current ability to obtain andmaintainrequired access without interruption in alignment with long‑term program needs. Mustbe authorized towork in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS PME Program Management: Extensive experience managing educational development, curriculum enhancements, or instructional projects within the DoW or PME institutions. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of military protocols, command structures, and the unique academic requirements of service-member education. Cost and Schedule Adherence: Proven experience managing complex projects, ensuring all budgets and timelines are strictly met. Proven ability to provide granular, CLIN‑level financial tracking and real-time dashboard reporting. Consolidated Reporting: Skill in preparing substantive reports that assess performance, progress, and milestone achievement across all contract tasks.
