Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Residential Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Residential Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential properties. Our company has been providing property management companies with reliable maintenance and repair services for over 14 years. We value professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and establish effective solutions for repair. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete jobs in a timely manner and meet customer expectations. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used. Communicate effectively with clients and account managers Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrical Residential Technician. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods. Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
