Program Manager

Location: New York, New York 10011 (Hybrid) Duration: 5/25/2026 to 11/27/2026 Team: PMO US Job Details Program Manager 3 (Contract) The Opportunity Manage the development and implementation process for web products and services, focusing on SEO and international web program management. Coordinate departmental or cross‑functional teams focused on delivering new or upgraded web experiences and capabilities. Responsible for projects from initiation through delivery including planning, schedule management, and budget tracking. Lead cross‑functional activities and teams, ensuring completion of high‑quality projects on time and within budget. What You’ll Do Proactively drive program execution and associated scope, timelines, and resources with minimal guidance. Analyze scope needed to achieve program goals, assess resource requirements, and lead change control. Develop detailed cross‑team project and program plans that account for requirements, constraints, resources, and outcomes. Aggregate, organize, and synthesize project information for communication to teams and leadership. Clearly communicate goals, responsibilities, and desired outcomes. Coordinate and run operational, project, and executive check‑in meetings. Work closely with Product Managers to build roadmaps, project plans, and clarify requirements. Continually evaluate processes and drive operational improvements. Establish credibility with peers and help drive change where needed. Perform risk management activities including issue resolution and stakeholder management. Deliver clear status updates to project teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Assist Engineering Managers with resource planning and release planning. Drive tactical project decisions for programs under direct ownership. Engage with regional teams for international deployment of capabilities and content. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of program or project management experience supporting enterprise web initiatives. Hands‑on experience with Agile and project management methodologies. Strong understanding of web technologies and web content management systems. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki tools. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. Proven ability to work autonomously in fast‑paced, matrixed organizations. Excellent communication, risk management, and problem‑solving abilities.
