Mental Health Technician

This facility serves the adult population with an 84-bed capacity. There are three treatment programs: detox, residential treatment, and partial hospitalization. A house supervisor is available either in-house or via phone. Scrub colors should be navy blue, gray, or dark colors. The facility does not have security onsite but does have cameras. Ancillary resources are available, including MDs, NPs, PAs, counselors, and social workers. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Empathy toward patients and comfort with addiction treatment is essential. Candidates should be active and able to remain on their feet. 'Handle with Care' training is required and will be provided onsite if needed. Candidates must demonstrate a good understanding of addiction treatment. This is a voluntary treatment facility, and restraints are only used in extreme circumstances. Injections are not administered. Strong candidates only will be considered. QA conducts prescreen interviews. Please provide availability for a talent interview.
