We offer a guaranteed starting wage of $24.27/Hr. along with regular increases and a complete benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, an impressive 401K match and much more!ScheduleMonday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pmFriday overtime optionalAreas of AccountabilityInventory Control Shipping & ReceivingQuality Assurance Customer ServiceEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork safely and comply with company and regulatory safety/environmental policies, practices and proceduresMaintain highest level of confidentiality, customer service and professionalism to promote a positive image of the companyManage receipt of goods to be stored in the warehouse; identify an appropriate and safe location for each itemOperate forklift and pallet jack to load/unload trucks and move finished, palletized productProcess all necessary shipping and receiving documentation and enter information into Microsoft Business CentralMonitor inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systemsCoordinate with production team to ensure physical counts and reconciling with data storage systemsKeep warehouse clean and organized by performing daily housekeeping dutiesVerify all goods are received in good condition; take corrective action when missing product or errors are identifiedPrepare shipments - accurately pick orders, determine pickup/delivery method, ensure timely delivery of ordersPick all components needed for production per Release Production Orders distributed by Production ManagerAccept phone calls related to shipping dates and provide information to customer in professional mannerCoordinate with carriers on shipping/receiving schedules and ratesSituations may arise that require employees to temporarily or permanently assume responsibility for tasks not specifically outlined in this job description.
