TravelNurseSource is working with All Medical Personnel to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Southwestern Minnesota, Minnesota, 56082!

Willmar, MN | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 3x12-hour shifts | Mid/Evening shift (3:00 PM–3:30 AM), with occasional Day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) | Expected weekend coverage every other weekend, may vary based on unit need and holiday scheduling

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
• Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely, high-quality patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Provide holiday coverage as needed per facility requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license in hand, or proof of Minnesota license application at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of emergency room experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• TNCC or CALS certification required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Must have primary residence at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in high-volume or Level II/III emergency departments
• Familiarity with Minnesota state compliance and onboarding requirements
