Key Responsibilities Collaborate with our amazing dentists during various dental procedures, always ensuring utmost patient comfort and satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized dental environment by following strict infection control protocols. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment, ensuring their availability and readiness for procedures. Embrace laboratory duties with enthusiasm, including taking dental impressions, X-rays, and other necessary tasks. Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, post-operative care and the significance of maintaining optimal oral health. Provide chairside assistance, proactively anticipating dentists' needs and promoting a seamless workflow. Accurately maintain and update patients' dental records, including comprehensive treatment plans and medical history. Efficiently manage dental supplies and inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and smooth office operations. Uphold and strictly comply with safety protocols, guaranteeing a safe and secure environment for both our valued patients and dedicated staff. Cultivate positive relationships with patients, consistently delivering exceptional customer service and attentively addressing their concerns.
