Dining Room Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a restaurant management or leadership role
• Experience managing both front- and back-of-house operations
• Comfortable working in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen
• Demonstrated servant leadership style focused on team support and development
• Experience managing scheduling, inventory, and P&L responsibilities

Dining Room Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Background in polished-casual, upscale, or fine-dining restaurants
• Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen environment
