Duties and responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with the PTC Quality Management System and its policies, procedures, and work instructions as applicable to the job or function being performed.Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements:Must have CNC programming and operating experience.Must have knowledge of setting up and operating all available machine tools.Must be familiar with performing progressive machining operations on work involving very close tolerances or unusual requirements.Must be capable of determining operation sequence.Must be able to skillfully use all machinist's hand tools and measuring instruments.Must be familiar with working properties of all metals.Must have knowledge of fitting and assembling where necessary.Must be able to lay out work from drawing sketches or written instructions.Must have enough hand tools to perform work.Requires knowledge of advanced shop mathematics.Will be required to work with minimum supervision.Assumes various other duties as directed by the supervisor.To be considered for this posting, applicant must submit to Human Resources (by the 4th day following the posting date) in writing, a resume indicating related experience, formal training and technical schooling to determine if applicant qualifies.
