Full‑Time Receptionist – Plano, TX Reliant at Home is seeking a Full‑Time Receptionist to join our front office team in Plano, TX. This role maintains a pleasant and consistent flow in daily front‑office operations while providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with employees, and efficiently handling designated home health office tasks. Responsibilities Answer phones and transfer calls. Order office supplies. Perform data processing tasks such as scanning, typing, filing, and mailing. Assemble admit packets. Prepare meeting rooms with necessary supplies and set up audio/video for presentations. Conduct wellness calls and communicate with clinicians. Other duties as assigned. Requirements One to two years’ experience in reception or front‑office. Home Health experience is a big plus. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and maintain organizational detail. Ability to meet deadlines and efficient time‑management skills. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc). Why Apply?
