Concrete Mixer Truck CDL Driver – Northeast Louisiana

River City Ready Mix is looking for experienced and reliable Concrete Mixer Truck Drivers to join our exceptional team in Northeast Louisiana . If you have a CDL Class A or B license , a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:  The Concrete Mixer Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete to various job sites. This role requires operating technology-assisted delivery systems , maintaining equipment, and professionally representing River City Ready Mix in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a commercial ready-mix concrete truck to transport and deliver concrete to job sites.
• Utilize the onboard delivery system technology for efficient and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and work environment .
• Professionally represent River City Ready Mix when interacting with customers and job site personnel.

Job Requirements:

• Flexible and dependable availability – Primarily Monday through Friday , with some Saturdays and occasional nighttime work required.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors, senior leaders, and on-site customers.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality – Early morning start times required.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math .
• Prior concrete industry experience preferred.
• Prior mechanical understanding and proficiency preferred.

Applicant Requirements:

• Valid Class A or B CDL license .
• Valid email address for communication.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent commercial driving experience .
• No serious citations for moving violations in the past 5 years.
• No DWI/DUI in the past 7 years .
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test .
• A resume or 5-year driving work history is required.
