Position SummaryThe LMS / Training Systems Lead is responsible for the implementation, administration, optimization, and ongoing operational support of the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated training technologies supporting Fluidstack's Phoenix manufacturing operatio
ns.This role serves as the primary liaison between the Training Organization, Manufacturing Operations, Safety, Quality, Human Resources, Digital Systems Integration, and business stakeholders to ensure workforce training, certification, qualification tracking, and compliance programs are effectively enabled through a scalable digital learning ecosyst
em.Working under the direction of the Operations Manager – Digital Systems Integration, the LMS / Training Systems Lead is responsible for establishing the technical foundation that enables workforce readiness across all operational functions, including Assembly, Fabrication, Logistics, Facilities, Maintenance, and Digital Systems Integrati
on.This position plays a critical role in ensuring training programs are administered, measured, and continuously improved through a centralized learning platform that provides visibility into workforce readiness, training compliance, certification status, and qualification progressi
on.
