Contract | Evenings, 3x12-Hour Shifts (15:00–03:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Perform and interpret ECG rhythm recognition as part of clinical assessment
• Administer and manage medications safely in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely, high-quality emergency care
• Maintain compliance with annual hands-on competency requirements and facility-assigned modules

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of permanent Emergency Room experience required
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted
• AHA BLS certification — active and in hand at time of submission
• ACLS certification — active and in hand at time of submission
• PALS certification — active and in hand at time of submission
• TNCC certification — active and in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director within the specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months — required to qualify for submission (co-worker references will not be accepted)
• No open background check cases; facility does not accept any license hits
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience concentrated within a single Emergency Room location preferred
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments
• Strong ability to adapt quickly in high-acuity, high-volume emergency environments
