We are seeking a Personal Trainer to join our team! The ideal candidate thrives in a mid-sized, boutique style fitness gym. Must have at least 1 year experience, National certification and degree, and professional skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct individuals in training programs and other fitness activities
- Manage and Coach an active book of personal training clients
- Offer support to help gym members achieve their fitness goals
- Demonstrate proper form and technique
- Develop and implement specific training programs for optimal client results
- Ensure fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or in other related fields
- Ability to train at all fitness levels
- Passion for health and fitness
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
