Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut SLP License is required
• Holds or is eligible for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desired
• Skills in assessment, individualized education planning, and therapy implementation
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for student-centered, collaborative interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students, individually and in groups
• Conduct evaluations and develop data-driven, effective treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and team members to facilitate student success
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding communication disorders and interventions
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal regulations
