Commerce Media Strategy Senior Analyst

You'll become known within the company as someone who can tackle quality control for all commerce media planning, oversee the activation team on day-to-day projects, and artfully translate strategies into innovative media all while building robust client relationships and developing your talent.

Day to day, that looks something like this:

• Delivering high-quality Retail Media planning for clients, serving up a smart, thoughtful understanding of how digital marketing can achieve (and exceed) objectives and goals
• Own retail media budget management via flowchart document. Ensure accuracy of flowchart document, lead monthly actualizations & stewardship of document with clients
• Help lead yearly annual planning for retail media for clients, with ability to apply client business objectives to Commerce media across several brands and categories
• Collaborating with the media activation team to ensure synergies across planning & execution
• Review and share feedback on media plans to ensure accuracy of dollars
• Own Managed Service relationships with retailers with support from activation team
• Manage and track day to day client requests, own timelines, and delegate to activation team members as necessary
• Develop an understanding of how commerce can drive our client's business and size opportunities
• Track & manage budgets, retailer spend, etc., and partner with the Commerce analytics team deliver reporting to clients
• Perform thorough, insightful campaign analysis, including reporting and optimization recommendations
• Oversee budgeting process and performance evaluations to optimize resources and talent development
• Generate, share and track RFP with RMN rep in partnership with the internal and client team
• Communicate with client on IO and PO updates or changes

Compensation Range: USD $66,785.00 - USD $92,295.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
