About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in training to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for learning and eventually managing all aspects of the hospital's financial operations, including financial planning, reporting, and treasury management. This role involves ensuring the timely and accurate completion of monthly financial statements, balance sheet account reconciliations, and corporate required reports. The CFO in training will also direct the revenue cycle operations, supervise various financial and administrative departments, and be actively involved in front-end revenue cycle processes. Education and Experience: A Bachelor of Science in accounting, finance, or business administration is required, with a preference for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a Master's degree. Previous experience in financial management, particularly in the healthcare industry, is essential, and experience in behavioral healthcare is highly preferred. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in information technology, proficiency in software packages, and demonstrated leadership, analytical, and communication skills. The CFO in training will also be expected to obtain CPR certification and be certified in facility-approved crisis management techniques within 30 days of hire.
