Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description Salary range: $30 to $35 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic considerations. Primary Responsibilities Maintain and repair all production equipment and industrial facility. Work independently and as a team member. Assist production in manufacturing on an as-needed basis. Update and maintain accurate maintenance records. Maintain work area in 5S condition. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 3-4 years of related experience and/or training in an industrial maintenance environment. Demonstrated mechanical and electrical skills. Excellent written, reading comprehension, and math skills. Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to read and understand blueprints and/or schematic drawings. Direct knowledge of troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining pumps, mixers, and processing equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Problem‑solving skills. Conduit bending, stick welding, MIG welding, and TIG welding. Cutting torch and pipe threading. Previous experience within the ink industry.
