Location: Greensboro, NC

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support industrial operations on 1st shift. This role offers strong overtime opportunities and requires hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, welding, and industrial systems.

Pay Rate

• $25–$30 per hour , based on experience

Schedule

• 1st shift starting at 8:00 AM (transitioning to 6:00 AM as production increases)
• Heavy overtime , including Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Service motors, pulleys, conveyor systems, belts, and rollers
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Perform minor electrical work and welding as needed

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• 2–3 years of GTAW (Stick) welding experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensboro, NC.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
