The Role: As a Maintenance Technician, you will create an environment where people will want to live. You will maintain the property to ensure good working order and pleasant curb appeal while providing excellent customer service to your residents. The incumbent in this role must possess a high degree of professionalism and positive engagement for our residents and the workforce. An Aptitude for Connecting - Must possessa strong sense for creating a sense of community, as well as the drive to go the extra mile to create a positive experience for all residents and staff.
