Support clients in developing life skills and achieving independence. Assist with medication management and health monitoring. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and care plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all clients. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus. Previous experience in a caregiving or support role preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
