OTR Flatbed Driver Overview

Earnings that stack up. The top 25% of drivers earn an estimated $118,000+ per year, with most drivers earning $1,525-$2,010 weekly.*
Pay that rewards experience. Earn a competitive base pay of 61-67CPM, and an extra 1-3CPM based on your flatbed experience.*
Miles that raise your rate. Earn a half-cent raise every 50,000 miles.*
Start with a strong bonus. Earn a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid out in three installments over your first 180 days.*
Bonus pay that adds up. Earn a monthly safe driver bonus worth as much as 4CPM on top of base pay and mileage bonus.*
Flexible home time. Get home weekly or bi-weekly depending on location and route.
Consistent miles, strong weeks. Typical drivers average 2,500 miles per week, with strong weeks up to 3,000 miles.

Paid to get started. Earn $1,000 orientation pay as you get up to speed.*
Extra pay for the work you do. Earn $75 tarp pay per tarped load, plus $25-$75 for every clean inspection.*
Full coverage, fully paid. 100% paid medical premium plus access to a 401(k).
Driver-friendly policies. Pet and rider programs so you do not have to run alone.
Time off that matters. Enjoy 7 paid holidays each year.
Referral rewards. Earn $2,500 for every driver you refer.
Modern, comfortable equipment. Trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators.
